OUŘEDNÍK, Tomáš
This bachelor's thesis delves into the intricacies surrounding the employment of persons with intellectual disabilities within the labuor market. The primary objective of this academic endeavor is to discern the factors influencing the integration of persons with intellectual disabilities into the workforce. To achieve this objective, a method of qualitative analysis through structured interviews was employed, facilitating an in-depth comprehension of the experiences and challenges faced by these persons in their pursuit of employment. The technique of open coding was applied for the analysis of the collected data. The research cohort consisted of randomly selected persons over the age of 18 from the Central Bohemian Region. This group comprised five communication partners with intellectual disabilities and one representative communication partner, acting on behalf of an organization devoted to addressing the issue of employing individuals with intellectual disabilities. Among this cohort, three women and three men were represented. Research findings underscored that persons with intellectual disabilities prioritize employment over their leisure time. Furthermore, it was ascertained that these persons possess a keen awareness of their strengths, which they can contribute to the labour market. The outcomes of this bachelor's thesis contribute significantly to a deeper understanding of the challenges associated with employing persons with intellectual disabilities. Simultaneously, they offer substantial evaluative value to individual institutions and organizations dedicated to addressing the matter of integrating persons with intellectual disabilities into the labour market. The acquired data also holds potential as a valuable resource for social workers engaged in addressing this specific issue.

Supported Employment for People with Mental Disorder
BAČOVČINOVÁ, Marie
This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of supported employment for people with mental disorders. The main aim of this work was to determine the possibility of employment of people who have been diagnosed with mental illnesses. One of the fractional goals was to find out where clients and employees see obstacles in the project of supported employment. The obstacles are mostly found on the side of the employer and are most often caused by fear of the unknown issue. The other goal was to find out how the stigmatization of people with mental disorders affects their position in the open labor market. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical section, the thesis focuses on individual mental disorders and also on the topic of social work and employment of people who are mentally ill. The practical section was aimed at answering the three main questions: How the employment of people with mental disorders is supported. How the stigmatization of those people demonstrates itself in the workplace. And what role a job consultant plays in the project of supported employment by clients. The results show that the project of supported employment is very important for people with mental disorders and that their opportunity of finding a job in the open labor market, without professional help of job consultants, is very small. Clients and employees see a great advantage in the financial contribution which is always the main part of these projects. One of the circumstances which complicates the return to work is stigmatization of those people. I questioned the clients and learned that everyone has already encountered stigmatization in their workplaces or even while searching for a job. Supported employment might be seen as one of the components of the fight against the stigmatization of disabled people. The organization will use my bachelor thesis as a feedback but also as a tool for comparison the provision of supported employment services with the other organizations. The thesis might also help the employers to make their decision while considering the employment of mentally disabled people.

Those instruments of the employment policy, which are mostly used against the disabled people unemployment are presented here. The use of these state instruments of treatment is sufficient but there are still many issues remaining in the field of unemployment. Especially, the Assisted Employment Service aimed to the employment of disabled people meets very often with the lack of financial support for its operations. This absence of necessary funds is the result of an insufficient legislation in this field.
